Ingredients
- 170 g mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 85 g almond flour
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1 egg
- 0.5 tsp salt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Heat mozzarella and cream cheese in a non-stick pan and stir until they melt together.
- Then add the garlic, oregano, almond flour, vinegar, egg and salt.
- Stir the mixture well until a dough ball forms. You may need to get your hands a little dirty and fold the dough with your hands to make sure it is well combined.
- Moisten your hands with olive oil and flatten the dough on baking paper, making a circle about 20 cm in diameter. Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough between two sheets of baking paper.
- Remove the top layer of baking paper and prick the mixture with a fork all over and bake in the oven for 10–15 minutes until golden brown.
