Method
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Heat mozzarella and cream cheese in a non-stick pan and stir until they melt together.
  3. Then add the garlic, oregano, almond flour, vinegar, egg and salt.
  4. Stir the mixture well until a dough ball forms. You may need to get your hands a little dirty and fold the dough with your hands to make sure it is well combined.
  5. Moisten your hands with olive oil and flatten the dough on baking paper, making a circle about 20 cm in diameter. Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough between two sheets of baking paper.
  6. Remove the top layer of baking paper and prick the mixture with a fork all over and bake in the oven for 10–15 minutes until golden brown.
