Fee Notes
Please note that we are not a bulk billing practice. Our Low Carb Keto Health team are available for in-person and telehealth appointments.
Medicare rebates are available for in-person doctor appointments and some telehealth appointments.
Many private health funds will provide a rebate for in-person and telehealth dietitian appointments. You should contact your private health fund to check your cover.
No rebates are currently available for life & health coaching sessions or programs.
Medicare and Private Health Fund online claiming facility is available, and all accounts must be paid at the time of appointment.

Cancellation Policy:
We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients we request 48 hours’ notice.
Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled without 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of your scheduled appointment fee.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please call us on (08) 8463 0608 between the hours of 9am and 5pm. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voice message and we will return your call as soon as possible. You may also contact us via Client Support email at support@lowcarbketohealth.com.au.
