Before you jump into your nutrition or lifestyle changes, we take the time to understand you — your health, your history, your goals, and the deeper drivers behind where you're at right now.
The Initial Doctor + Dietitian Consultations give you the clarity and direction you’ve been searching for, with many of our clients saying this is the point where things finally make sense.
1. Pre-consultation questionnaire and investigations
At your Initial Consultation we like to get straight into a detailed consultation without any guesswork. That's why we ask you to complete some work prior to seeing us.
Pre-appointment questionnaires: Completing via an online questionnaire, you'll share important information about your medical history, lifestyle, symptoms and goals so your doctor can prepare personalised guidance before your session.
Pathology request (for Doctor consultations only): You’ll receive a request via SMS for blood tests to complete at least 7 days before your appointment. These results help your doctor understand your biochemistry and key health markers relevant to your low carb or ketogenic health journey.
Food diary (for Dietitian consultations only): We’ve provided an example food diary here for you to use, or you can create a note on your phone or in a notebook. Simply record what you have consumed (food and drinks) and approximate timings.
2. Your Initial Doctor Consultation (1 hour)
A thorough medical assessment to understand what’s happening in your body — and why.
This appointment is a genuine conversation — not a rushed five-minute review. Your doctor will take the time to explore your health story and help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface.

3. Your Initial Dietitian Consultation
Your personalised nutrition approach — designed around your lifestyle, preferences and metabolic needs.
After your Doctor consultation, you’ll meet with our Low Carb Dietitian who specialises in transforming evidence-based nutrition into simple, sustainable change.
