- 100 g coconut, milk, canned, regular fat
- 1 cup water
- 1 package (1g) stevia
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 68 g blueberries
- 30 g protein powder whey based
Method
- Assemble all ingredients into a blender.
- Add half a cup ice.
- Frozen berries or fresh can be used.
- Blend until smooth, and it is ready to drink!
