- 576 g cauliflower
- 4 tbsp salted butter
- 1 tsp table salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Method
- Break up cauliflower into smaller segments and steam until tender
- Place into a food processor with butter, garlic and process until smooth
- Season with salt to taste
- Serve with your favourite meat or fish
