Method
  1. Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl. Add eggs, melted coconut oil or butter, and chocolate.

  2. Mix until smooth.

  3. Equally divide batter into four, well-greased coffee mugs or microwave-safe ramekins.

  4. Microwave on high for 1-1 1⁄2 minutes (700 watts). Remove and let cool for one minute.
