Ingredients

Method
  1. Preheat the oven to 150°C
  2. Place all dry ingredients in a bowl, add oil and boiling water and mix together until it forms into a firm ball
  3. Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the mixture in the middle. Place another layer of baking paper on top. Using a rolling pin, roll out the mixture until flat and even.
  4. Remove the upper layer of baking paper. Use a pizza cutter to cut the mixture into the serving sizes you desire.
  5. Place in the oven and cook for 40 – 45 minutes.
  6. Turn off the oven and leave the crackers to dry in the oven before serving.
