Ingredients
- 45 g sunflower seeds
- 45 g pumpkin seeds
- 55 g chia seeds
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 40 g almond flour
- 1 tbsp psyllium husk
- 1 tsp salt
- 60 ml coconut oil (melted)
- 240 ml boiling water
Method
- Preheat the oven to 150°C
- Place all dry ingredients in a bowl, add oil and boiling water and mix together until it forms into a firm ball
- Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the mixture in the middle. Place another layer of baking paper on top. Using a rolling pin, roll out the mixture until flat and even.
- Remove the upper layer of baking paper. Use a pizza cutter to cut the mixture into the serving sizes you desire.
- Place in the oven and cook for 40 – 45 minutes.
- Turn off the oven and leave the crackers to dry in the oven before serving.
